This ministry is responsible for greeting the members and visitors for each service as well as ensuring that order is maintained in and around the church.

Hospitality — Shirley J. Arnold 

A ministry that helps to provide hospitality and support for our visitors and friends of WUIM.

Intercessory Prayer

A ministry committed to developing strong prayer warriors who are dedicated to “Standing in the Gap” for our Pastor and his family, church leaders, ministries and families. 

Joshua Men's Ministry/Men's Fellowship

A ministry dedicated to equipping men with the necessary resources and tools to grow spiritually and emotionally; to become Godly men (single or married), father and husbands; and understand the true meaning of manhood.

Maintenance Ministry

This ministry that takes care of not only the building and fixtures, but also the grounds and its landscaping. This ministry is responsible for keeping the interior of the facility clean and in good working order. It is also responsible for the upkeep of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as repairs and preventive maintenance. 

Marketing & Events

A ministry that provides a media of communication to our members, our ministries and our community. It is also a ministry devoted to providing public information resources to members.

Media Resources

A ministry dedicated to providing recorded media presentations of spoken word which can be shared with friends and family. 

Music & Arts — Myrna Pittman
A ministry responsible for leading the congregation in singing praises to the Lord during worship services.

New Members Class — Minister Theresa Moore

Classes devoted to preparing our new members for service and promoting Christian development.

Pastoral Care

A ministry that provides for the needs of Pastor and his family such as cleaning, lawn care and providing meals in the absence of the Pastor's Wife.

Single’s  Ministry— Deborah Williams

A ministry committed to providing the resources and environment to enable singles to develop spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

We Care Ministry

A ministry that reaches out to its church members in during illness, berevement, etc.

Women's Ministry/Fellowship - Minister Kim Williams

The WUIM Women’s Fellowship ministers to the needs of women and acts as a form of support for one another. To be a haven for women, someone that can offer love, strength, encouragement, wisdom, and tangible assistance (i.e. clothing, food, skills, financial contribution, and our time). We will continually strive to minister and to nurture the spirit, body, and soul of women from all walks of life. 

Young Adults Ambassadors of Divine Purpose (ages 18-25) - Joshua Jones

Practice Unity Reach People Offer Salvation to Everyone. This ministry is Bible believing and empowering the young adults to walk in their purpose. A ministry that understands that purpose is important to be an effective and fully equipped ambassador for Christ as mentioned in Ephesians 6:12-13. A ministry that is God fearing and on one accord that young and old will see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.

Youth Ministry (ages 13-17) - Mike & Gabriel Ford

A ministry dedicated to the spiritual, social and educational development of the youth within our congregation.
