After Pastor Horace Williams
answered the call to ministry in 1982, he began to serve in the local Church and evangelize in major cities throughout the
Southeast. While in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Alabama in Birmingham,
he was lead to focus more earnestly on his spiritual training which he obtained as he studied under the late Pastor George
Hilton and Pastor Stephen Green, Senior Pastor of More Than Conquerors Faith Church. Pastor Williams has since blossomed into a
relevant leader for these times, carrying the mission to equip and empower Believers by teaching and preaching the uncompromised
Word of God; and to help Believers fulfill their calling and change the world through Jesus Christ. Pastor Williams is Founder and Pastor of The
Word Unlimited International Church, which was established in 2003. It is a thriving church located in Hoover, Alabama. The
church has a broad range of entities including: Church Sunday School, School of Ministry, Community Outreaches; and several
businesses including Intimate Weddings & Occasions by the Word and A Taste of Heaven Restaurant. He is also the Founder of Horace Williams Ministries (a ministry outreach that shares the Gospel through
conferences, seminars, evangelistic events, missions, radio, publications and other media). Pastor
Williams has literally led thousands to Christ since being called into the ministry over 25 years ago, through outreaches
in prisons, jails, street ministry, nursing homes, revivals and one on one witnessing. In addition, He has assisted in several
successful Church plants in the metro area of Birmingham, AL. His works include a course on Evangelism which was created and developed by him, books, and
many gospel pamphlets of which several have been published. Pastor
Williams and his lovely wife, Kim, have been married since 1991. They have three wonderful children, Joel, Kaylyn, and Jeremy.
